Head Chef, Vincent Kelly
Vincent's passion for food comes from helping out in kitchens at a young age & realising that he had both flair & imagination to work as a top chef. Vincent trained in restaurants including Peacock Alley & La Stampa and was a finalist in the Irish Chef of the Year 2005 & Gordan Ramsey Young Scholar 2002.

Our carvery lunch serves both hot and cold dishes freshly prepared each morning with the finest Irish ingredients. All of our food is prepare by our chefs with only the fresh ingredients arriving in our door. All of our breads, soups and desserts are homemade to ensure of the quality food that we serve to our customers.
We endeavour to keep both a celiac and vegetarian friendly menu and only use gluten products were necessary. Our soup and sauces are guaranteed to be gluten free.
Our carvery options change daily so that we can offer a wide variety of dishes and we use the best of seasonal Irish produce. Our menu below shows a range of dishes that are regularly presented at our carvery, sadly not all at the same time though!
