Vincent's passion for food comes from helping out in kitchens at a young age & realising that he had both flair & imagination to work as a top chef. Vincent trained in restaurants including Peacock Alley & La Stampa and was a finalist in the Irish Chef of the Year 2005 & Gordan Ramsey Young Scholar 2002.

Evening & Specials Menu
Our A la Carte menu runs from 3:30 to 9:30pm Monday to Friday and from Noon to 9:30pm on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Whether you feel like Bruschetta as a light snack, a traditional feed of Bangers & Mash or something more contempory, our A la Carte menu should have something for everyone and every occasion.
Our Specials menu forms part of our a la carte offering and inlcudes staters & main courses. Our Specials menu runs from Tuesday to Monday and is designed around the best fresh ingredients that we can source every week. A few examples of our special dishes include Marinated Lamb Shank that falls of the bone, Irish Trout pan fried and served with almond butter sauce, Slowly Braised Pork Belly with wholegrain mustard mash, Indian Buttered Chicken and Sea Bass with sizzled ginger, chilli & spring onion.
